Return and Refund Policy

We do everything we can to offer you quality products. If, however, an item does not suit you, you benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code, as well as the applicable legal guarantees. Our products are shipped from Martinique: returns must be sent back to our registered office.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the last item in your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for your decision and without penalty.

How do you exercise your right of withdrawal?

1. Notify us of your decision by email at info@presentoirbijoux.com.
2. Send the products back no later than 14 days after your notification, to: EMIR CORPORATION (SAS), trade name « Présentoirs à Bijoux » — 42 Lotissement les Canneliers, 97224 Ducos, Martinique, France.
3. Keep the proof of shipment and the tracking number of the return.

To make the process easier, use our model withdrawal form: simply fill it in and send it to us by email. Any other unambiguous statement remains valid.

Conditions for returned products

• Original condition: unused, undamaged, complete (accessories, instructions, labels).
• Original packaging preferred.
• Enclose the invoice or proof of order.

Return costs

Unless there is a specific promotional offer, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you. We recommend a tracked shipment.

Refund terms

The refund is made no later than 14 days after receipt of the products or of proof of their shipment (Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code), using the same means of payment as that used for the order.

Products not eligible for withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code: personalized goods, goods unsealed for hygiene reasons, perishable goods.

Legal guarantees

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, 2 years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, 2 years from discovery of the defect).

Defective items or items not as ordered on delivery

If you receive a damaged, missing or non-conforming product, report the problem to us within 3 days of receipt, by email at info@presentoirbijoux.com, together with photographs.

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint: info@presentoirbijoux.com. If no amicable solution is found, the consumer mediator and the European ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) are available to you.
