Did you buy a display stand, jewelry box, or watch organizer on presentoirbijoux.com and it's not right for you? As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the last item in your order (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). This withdrawal form template uses the text from the annex to Article R.221-1 of the French Consumer Code.

How to use this form

Complete the template below: simply copy it into an email or print it out.
Send it before the end of the 14-day period, preferably by email to info@presentoirbijoux.com, stating your order number.
Return the products no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision, subject to the terms of our returns and refunds policy.

Use of this template is not mandatory: any other unambiguous statement expressing your intention to withdraw is also valid.

What you need to know

Timeframe

14 days from the date you receive the last item in your order to notify us of your decision.

Product returns

In their original condition, complete, within 14 days of your notification. Direct return costs remain your responsibility.

Refund

No later than 14 days after receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment, by the same payment method.

Certain goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Full details can be found in our general terms and conditions of sale.
