Equipping a display case: what really matters
A successful display case is not an accumulation of stands, it is a coherent line. The eye should go to the jewelry, not to the displays. For a jewelry store, a designer boutique or a concept store, three questions come up with every installation or change of season.
- How much space do you have? Usable width, number of shelves, clear height.
- What are you showing? Necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, watches, and how many at a time.
- What visual line? A single family of material and color, to keep it unified.
The display case configurator
Enter the width of your display case, counter or wall, the number of rows, then the pieces to show at the same time. The tool calculates the number of stands needed, checks that they fit within the width and draws a front-view diagram to scale.
Design my display case
Width, rows, pieces to display: you get a list of references with a scale diagram.
If the stands exceed the available width, the tool shows you the exact excess and suggests ways out: remove a few pieces, choose a more compact model or add a row. Models whose dimensions are not confirmed are flagged separately and are not included in the calculation.
Not sure where to start?
The quiz asks whether you are equipping a display case, a counter or a wall, then the available width. It then directs you to the configurator, already pre-filled.
Where to begin?
Two questions to launch the configurator in the right place.
The stands to know
Busts
They dress one necklace at a time and add height. See necklace busts.
Trays
They hold rings, bracelets and pendants flat, in regular rows. See jewelry trays.
Necklaces
Branch, T-shaped or stepped stands for chains and long necklaces. See necklace displays.
Rings
Cones, bars and blocks to display without stacking. See ring displays.
Watches and rotating displays
Cushions for watches, spinning displays to multiply the visible pieces. Watches and rotating displays.
Matching materials and colors
Velvet makes gold and stones stand out, wood warms up silver, clear acrylic fades behind the jewelry, metal gives a fine structure. For a consistent display case, choose a single family and vary the heights rather than the colors.
| Material | Effect in the display case | Collection |
|---|---|---|
| Velvet | Makes gold and stones stand out | Velvet displays |
| Wood | Warms up silver and natural designs | Wooden displays |
| Acrylic | Disappears behind the jewelry | Acrylic displays |
| Metal | Fine structure, clean look | Metal displays |
| Leather and faux leather | Plain, understated look | Leather and faux leather displays |
Mixing colors is decided at the time of ordering, not in the configurator: it is better to gain consistency than variety. To go further, read Wood, metal, velvet or linen display: the materials guide.
Organizing the display case by zones
A display case reads like a page. The eye enters at the top left, moves down, then stops on whatever stands out. Organize it by zones rather than by isolated pieces.
The hook zone
At the center or at eye level: a statement piece on a bust, surrounded by space. It is what makes people want to come in.
The range zone
On a tray or several levels: rings, pendants and bracelets presented in regular rows. A single stand material unifies the whole.
The detail zone
Near the counter, closest to the customer: small pieces, earrings on cards, watches on cushions. This is where people look up close.

The checklist before an opening or a change of season
- Measure the usable width, the clear height and the number of rows.
- List the pieces to show at the same time, by type of jewelry.
- Choose a family of material and color.
- Use the display case configurator to get the list and the scale diagram.
- Request a quote if you are ordering in quantity, pasting the list into your message.
- Build the delivery time into your calendar, with a safety margin.
- Check each product page: dimensions, material, number of slots.
This list applies to a first installation as well as to refreshing a display case. Keep it handy: it prevents the oversights that cost time on installation day.

A large display case or several points of sale: the quote
For a quantity order, a complete display case or an opening, request a quote. The business quote page lets you describe your project, and the answer arrives within 48 business hours. Paste the configurator list into your message: it speeds up the discussion.
Think about the calendar too. An opening or a change of season cannot be made up: allow a delivery time of 6 to 15 business days, after a few business days of preparation, and let us know if you have a firm date.
